FREIGHT & HANDLING

Australia Wide

In order to simplify transactions for our customers, we have struck a one off cost of $8.50 per order, anywhere in Australia, any size/weight parcel.
Should you wish the security of registering (which includes insurance) an additional cost will apply. Any other instructions or changes to our offers, please email us for individual costs.

International

A $40.00 one off cost will apply to all international orders, regardless of weight and size.

DESPATCHING

Following receipt of your order and payment, we will endeavour to pack and despatch the goods within 3 working days.

DELIVERY

Our preferred method of shipping is by Australia Post. Generally, as a guide, the following is the expected time of arrival from leaving our warehouse:

Melbourne Metro/Country Victoria 2-5 days
Sydney Metro/Country NSW 2-5 days
Adelaide Metro/Country SA 2-5 days
ACT Metro/Country 2-5 days
Brisbane Metro/Country QLD 3-7 days
Tasmania Metro/Country 3-7 days
WA Metro/Country 4-8 days
NT 4-8 days
Outside Australia Up to 2 weeks

OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS

From time to time, there will be products unavailable because of large demand. This will be shown on individual product information. If you would like to be advised on general (global) stock arrivals, go to "My Account" E-mail Notification and click "Product Notifications". This will allow you to be alerted to the arrival of something in which you are interested. Alternatively, you can log on from time to time and see "new arrivals" on our Home Page.


RETURNS

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or faulty, please advise us by email at service@brainydays.com.au stating the invoice number and reason for claim. We will then advise you how to return the damaged goods to us. Please then return the product to us intact, together with the invoice and upon our inspection, you may be offered an exchange or refund of the cost of the product.
